  • Shipping time for the semi-stitched products is 8-10 days and shipping time for customized products is 10-15 days. 
  • We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy or exchange policy.
  • Kindly request a return/exchange via mail at support@ethnicplus.in within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
  • Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.

  • In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Customers have to ship the product to our address for return/exchange orders. Ethnic Plus will reimburse (100/- rupees) reward points for the return shipment.
  • With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of any product.
