  • The gown is available in size M with a chest of 40 inches and an extra 2-inch margin to adjust up to 42 inches for body comfort. It features a waist of 38 inches, length of 57 inches, sleeve length of 11 inches, shoulder size of 15 inches, and a flattering fit.

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases.
  • In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Customers have to ship the product to our address for return/exchange orders. Ethnic Plus will reimburse (120/- rupees) reward points for the return shipment.
  • With regards to international orders (outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchanges of any product.
  • The product that needs to be exchanged must be returned in the original condition with all parts/tags/accessories intact. Without the original condition of the product, the exchange will not be validated.
  • In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the product. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
