We are always looking forward to giving you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Return/Refund Policy: 

  • We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take back the product. We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.

  • Kindly request a return via mail at within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.

  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse in Surat. Ethnic Plus will reimburse (120/- rupees) reward points for the return shipment.

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases. The reward points will have a validity of 1 year from the date of credit.

  • Reward points will be issued for the product price paid by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • Please allow 2-3 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat for processing of reward points.

  • Purchased made or Orders placed using store credit/rewards points (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For claiming the wrong product / different product / damaged product / defective product, the customer needs to provide an unboxing video of the received package covering all sides of the outer packaging and inner items in a single frame (without any cuts or joints in the video). Shipping labels and other details must be clearly visible in the video. 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Ethnic Plus allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
  • If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Order once moved to shipped, it can not be canceled.

  • In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can reach us at

Exchange Policy:

  • Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
  • Ethnic plus gives no question asked 7 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange any product available on the website with a high or low amount. 
  • In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD is not available for the exchange request.
  • Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer's EthnicPlus account as a rewards point ( 10 rewards points = 1 Rs).
  • For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 7 days of delivery at EthnicPlus will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.

  • With regards to international orders(delivered outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting the exchange of any product.

Customers need to ship back the product to our address for exchange orders. We do not have any pickup service currently.  (We will reimburse up to Rs.120/- for reverse shipping cost)

Color and Description Discrepancy 

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order on believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
