We are always looking forward to giving you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
We have one-time exchange policy within 2 days delivery.
We do not accept any returns/ refund after the product is delivered.
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of customized products.
Ethnic Plus allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
Order once moved to shipped can not be canceled.
In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can reach to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
Ethnic plus gives no question asked 2 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange any product available on the website with a high or low amount.
In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.
Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer's EthnicPlus account as a store credit ( 10 store credit = 1 Rs).
For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 2 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. EthnicPlus will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
In case of an exchange, customers need to email on email@example.com
We may ask you to send the real image of the received product for quality checking of the product.
With regards to international orders(delivered outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of any product.
Customers need to ship back the product to our address for exchange orders. We do not have any pickup service currently. (We will reimburse up to Rs.100/- for reverse shipping cost)
